Won't be ordering from this shop anymore

My order was "Roasted Sijichuan 50g + Refreshing Alishan Oolong 50g + Premium Jasmine Green Tea 35g", the service desk emailed me that they've ran out of the Roasted Sijichuan 50g and they'll replace with black tea. When I got the package it's 25g black tea instead of 50g? If you going to replace out of stock item, at least replace it with the same package weight.
Feels like I've been scammed by the shop after spending 100+ on an order.
