How To Brew:

Wenshan Baozhong tea should not be brewed with boiling water. A water temperature of around 90°C is recommended to bring out more nuance and depth of flavour. Ideally, start with 95°C water for 30 seconds and gradually increase the re-soak time. Even at lower temperatures, Wenshan Baozhong tea does not experience astringency or bitterness.

Wenshan Baozhong tea requires a longer steeping time than most other Taiwanese oolong teas. 3-5 minutes per brew is recommended, with extended brewing times for each brew that follows.
